My Cousin's Wedding {March 2014}

Hello All,

Two weekends ago I got to go home for the first time since Martin Luther King Day! It was so nice a relaxing to go home and finally get to sleep in my bed for a while. But the really I went home was for my cousin, Christopher's wedding.

The wedding was beautiful! Although I left my camera at home so I had to use my phone and unfortunately a lot of the picture came out pretty crappy! Although I wanted to share the few moderately good ones with you guys.

LtoR: me and Mama J
The little m&ms box that they gave as thank yous! To there guest.
The drink napkins that say eat drink and be married with the wedding date
There wedding was absolutely beautiful and made me want to to go crazy pinning some wedding ideas for the future. You can check out the post I did about wedding pins, here

What ideas do you have for your future wedding? Let me know in the comments below.

March 10

Dear Grandpa,

Today is your birthday! You've been gone for so long but I still miss you everyday. I haven't been able to visit you grave in a few years, I haven't been able to go to New Hampshire in the summer in a long time but just know I miss going to talk to you there. I miss feeling you in your summer house. More then anything I miss you!

You are one of my biggest inspirations and I want to thank you for that. Without knowing it you taught me who I wanted to be. I know that I might now being following in your footsteps to be a lawyer but I know that one day when I have a family I will love them as much as you loved your's. And trust me I wouldn't make a very good lawyer.

There are somethings I want you to know. I follow my heart every step of the way. I don't know where I'm going in life but I know what you're watching over me.

I'm still don't know who I am, Hell I may never know. But I do know that I am Bill Judy's granddaughter. Thanks for the support!

Love you always,
Emma.

P.S. - We were almost birthday buddies, although I was born 12 days late!

Lazy Bloggy Post

Hello All,

I am absolutely swamped with mid-term work that I have absolutely no energy to write a post for tomorrow morning. #Sorrynotsorry But I love my bloggy schedule and need to at least say "Hello All," to all you lovely people out there.

So, I wanted to think of a cute post to put up here to give you guys some cute post telling you all about some awesome post I have been reading lately but I haven't had time to read any other blog post lately so that's not going to happen. But I did get to watch a very cute video from one of my favorite youtubers revealing the sex of her baby, you know the one I talked about in this post so you know watch if you like.

So, while I try and get my life back on track post mid-terms I hope you all have a fantastic weekend and I will be back next week with some awesome posts!

GETTING READY TO SET SAIL: Kids Club {Week 5}

Hello All,

Its mid-terms this week here and Spring Break can't come any faster. But I am personally more excited for May and my Disney Cruise! But I still have to wait 72 days! That is way to long for me! Two days ago was actually one of my aunts who is bring me on the cruise birthday and when I texted her happy birthday I told her how excited I am she said she was just as excited!  So, let's get talking about the Disney Cruise for today's Getting Ready to Set Sail.

Today I am going to talk to you about something that I have some first hand knowledge with but not a whole lot.Today we are going to talk about the kid's club aboard the Disney Cruise ships. Now you may be thinking to yourself, why would some college student want to talk about kid's club on cruise ship, she now longer a kid? But the thing is, its not that I want to talk about the kids' club as much as I want to share information with anyone and everyone who might be thinking about going on a Disney Cruise.

Disney cruises like to brag that they have something for everyone in the family. And from my experience its true. I've been on two Disney Cruises with two different times and each time I was at a different level for the kids club. The one piece of advice I would give anyone with kids is that if the kids are going to go to the kid's club ever in cruise then they should go first day in order to meet the cast members because they will make them feel more invited when they do go later in the cruise.

Its A Small World Nursery
The first level is the Nursery, aboard the Disney Fantasy this is called, Its a Small World Nursery. This room is for kids 3 months to 3 years old. Although using the nursery is an additional cost and is mainly used when parents are having "a date night" aboard the ship.

Disney's Oceaneer Club
This section is for children 3 years old to 12 years old. In these rooms they can play games, perform on stages and learn from the cast members. The area is split into 4 sections; Andy's room, Monster's Academy, Pixie Hollow and Disney Explorer's pod.

Disney Oceaneer's Lab
This area is also design for kids 3 to 12 has areas for them to watch movies, play games, learn more about Disney animation and do arts & crafts. When I was in this level at Disney they also brought in a "mad" scientist to make flubber with us!

Edge
This area is perfect for those pre-teens out there that are too cool to spend time with Mom and Dad. In this year they get to watch movies, listen to music and make friends. Its the perfect area for 11-14 years old.

Vibe:
This is the area I remember best from my last cruise and let me tell it was cool in there. My favorite thing they did was bring us around the ship and tell us ghost stories and worked some Disney Magic. This area is for teens 13-17 years old and is the perfect for teens to make new friends.

New Years Resolution Check-In {March Edition}

Hello All,

Can you believe that it is already March 2014! I can't believe it! Since its the beginning of March its time to check-in with how my 2014 Resolutions are going!

Key:
Anything in bold hasn't even been attempt
Anything that is italicize is in progress
Anything completed cross out has been completed

1. Start Eating Healthier and Exercising More
I'm sad to report that the only small piece of progress I made was joining the gym at school but I haven't even gotten there. I don't want to play victim or not take responsibility but I've had so many snow days on the days that I have time to go to the gym so I haven't gotten there yet! Ooops!

2. Either cross off or start planning (i.e. trips) 3 items off my bucket list
Yup, I have crossed one item off my bucket list, you can read all about it here. I also very confident in saying another one will be crossed off later this month. And there are some things that may be in the works that might being rounding out the 3!

3. Start dealing with after math of decision that I made recently
I know some of my loyal readers are going to be wondering what this big decision is but you will know (hopefully) before the next check-in. But instead of having more answer I actually have more questions but I still think that I am moving on the right track.

4. Finish 5 blankets to donate
I had 2-3 nights in the beginning of the year that I could work on blankets but since the semester got into full swing I haven't had as much time. Hopefully I can finish one over spring break!

5. Read 7 new books that aren't for school
I have been slowly making my way through Maze Runner but I still feel like I don't have a lot of time. Hopefully I'll get sometime during spring break.

6. Become More Organized
This is a major work in progress for me. But with the exception of my Bucket List this is the goal that I have made the most progress with. This has always been an area that I have struggled with but have always wanted to be someone who can say that they are extremely organized. But I'm working on it and for that I am proud.

It crazy that I am doing my first check in for my New Years Resolutions this year and I am beyond proud of how I'm doing. A lot of these are hard goals to hit but I am working hard to do them. My blog has helped me with this because I feel like I now have someone to be accountable to. But I also have  decide to make 2014 the year that I focus on myself so that has helped a lot too!

If you did New Years Resolution how have your resolutions going? Let me know in the comments below.

Blogging Big (December 2013-February 2014)

Hello All,

I hope your weekends were good! Mine was busy, I went to my cousin's wedding! More on that later this week.

Today I want to introduce you guys to my blogging big! For those of you who doesn't know what a blogging big is its quite simple! Every couple of months there is a group that partners blogger up with other blogger who are a little bit more experience so that they can ask questions and learn more about the blogging world.

I was luckily enough to get partnered up with a sweet blogger, Christine from Life with a Side of Coffee!
Life With A Side Of Coffee
She is a lovely lady who works in PR in Chicago! It was great to learn a little bit more about PR and about city living as I hope to move there after graduation for a couple or more years.

But this biggest topic that we talked about was of course blogging. With the sponsorship being a big part of the topic. She helped me learn about whether sponsorship is worth it. I have done a lot of thinking about it in the past few months and I'm still thinking about whether its something I'd be willing to do.

It was a lot of fun to get to know another blogger and if your new to the blogging world or think that getting to know another blogger would be interested I definitely suggest looking into it!

Have you had a blogging big? What was your experience like? Let me know in the comments below!
